How to reactivate your blocked SBM-secured credit card

If you have blocked your Niyo SBM credit card, you cannot reactivate it. However, you can reorder your secured credit card up to five times by paying INR 249 + GST each time you reorder your card. Follow these simple steps on the Niyo app to reorder your Niyo SBM credit card:

1. Log in to the Niyo app: Open the app and enter your credentials to access your account. 2. Navigate to the Credit Card Section: Click on the ‘Credit Card’ option in the app’s main menu.3. Access Card Settings: Select the ‘Card Settings’ option. 4. Create a New Virtual Card: This will prompt the system to provide you with the option to order a physical card. 5. Place your order: Once you’ve generated a new virtual card, click on the ‘Order’ button.
