• You can reschedule your session 3 hours before the session time by getting in touch with your personal concierge

• In case if a customer does not attend the Personal Training session, the session cannot be reversed or re-booked
Customers will be able to book only 1 session on a particular day

• Personal Training is a personal health and fitness offering, and can only be used by the customer himself/herself

• Recording of the live class or sharing them on any other platform without the permission of Fitternity is a punishable offense

• In case the user is found misusing any of the Personal Training services, action will be taken & he/she will be penalized at the discretion of Fitternity
