The Delayed and Lost Baggage Protection Service, powered by Blue Ribbon Bigs, helps track and speed up the return of delayed baggage and offers compensation if your bags are declared lost. You’ll also receive real-time status updates via SMS and email once a claim is filed.

Redemption Process:

1. Visit: https://goniyo.blueribbonbags.com/Service/
2. Fill in your travel details and pay the fee to activate the service.
   • A small fee of ₹99 is charged per international trip.
3. If your baggage is missing upon arrival, file a report with Blue Ribbon Bags within 24 hours of your flight landing.
4. If your bag is not returned within 96 hours, you’ll receive:
   • ₹19,800 per bag
   • Up to ₹39,600 for a maximum of two bags
5. No receipts or proof of contents are required to claim compensation.
